1. The standard Apple license applies
Your use of Curbframe is licensed, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
By downloading or using Curbframe you agree to that EULA and to these supplemental terms. Where these terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA governs the app license.
2. What Curbframe is — and is not
Curbframe is a tool for enhancing real-estate listing photos and disclosing the edits that change the property. It enhances photos on your device, labels alterations that change the property with a permanent disclosure, keeps your original, and generates a disclosure package for a listing.
Curbframe is a disclosure and photo-editing tool, not legal advice. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any real-estate board, MLS, or government agency, and it does not guarantee compliance with any law, rule, or listing service. Disclosure requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time; you are responsible for confirming what your transaction requires. The wording presets (including the California AB 723 preset, Business & Professions Code §10140.8) are provided as a convenience, not as legal advice.
3. Your content and honest use
Everything you import and everything Curbframe creates from it stays on your device and belongs to you; we never receive your originals and claim no rights to them. You are responsible for using Curbframe honestly — for having the right to edit and publish the photos, for disclosing alterations where required, and for not misrepresenting a property. Curbframe refuses edits that would conceal a defect, misrepresent a property's layout or size, or depict an impossible scene; you agree not to attempt to use the app to conceal or misrepresent.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Curbframe is free to download and use for on-device enhancement, a limited number of listings, and watermarked exports. Paid options are:
- Curbframe Solo — Monthly — $14.99 per month (auto-renewing).
- Curbframe Solo — Annual — $119.99 per year (auto-renewing), with a 2-week free trial.
- Staged-room credit packs — 20, 50, or 150 rooms, a one-time consumable purchase that never expires (not a subscription).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. An auto-renewing subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase the annual subscription. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
Curbframe is provided “as is,” to the fullest extent permitted by law and consistent with Apple's standard EULA. Automated enhancement, staging, and classification may contain errors, and the app is a tool that assists — not replaces — your own judgment about what to disclose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss of data or for any indirect or consequential damages, including any claim arising from a disclosure decision you make.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and the current version will always be posted here.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where Apple's standard EULA or your local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
